Christina Ferrara

Christina has been practicing yoga and meditation daily since 2007, & has been teaching for over 6 years. Currently she is pursuing a graduate degree at the College of Staten Island and plans to thread the practice of yoga and meditation into her work as a Social Worker. A lot of the love she has for this practice she credits to the many diverse teachers that have exposed her to so many possibilities in herself as a student; but also as a teacher.

Cory Anne Cook

Coryanne is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher.  She is trained in vinyasa and has been teaching classes since January 2018.  What started as “just another form of exercise and a good way to stretch,” is now so much more.  Beyond the physical benefits, yoga has given Coryanne mental clarity and the ability to get in touch with her spirituality.  It has given her a way to heal from past trauma, working from the inside out.  It is her hope to bring the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga to others through her own enthusiastic nature and style of teaching.

Ashley Purvis

I was so far out of touch with who I was, I wanted to find myself again. Yoga did that for me. I teach so I can help others on their journey of self-realization and spiritual healing. My goal as a power yoga teacher is to create an energy and space to clear your mind, take inventory of what you're holding in your body, and take notice of you; gaining insight, self-love, comfort, and clarity.
