Yoga for anxiety and depression with Ashley

Come join Ashley in this two hour workshop on January 13th from 6-8pm @northstaryoga where we learn how to take our yoga practice into our every day lives. 

Learn specific breathing excercises, meditation, and yoga poses to boost serotonin levels and manage stress and anxiety.  We will also be journaling and setting intentions for this new year to manifest and call what we want into our lives. 

Please bring a notebook, pen, and water with you. This workshop is $20 for Northstar members and $30 for nonmembers. 

Ashley is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor and has been leading yoga classes for a little over a year.  She has a Bachelor's in Psychology and 6 years experience of working with individuals and families in crisis, many of whom suffer from mental illness and addictions.  “I'm really excited to share with everyone what I've learned and whats helped me in my own struggles with depression and anxiety.”
